Sanuk footwear generally runs true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit, especially for our Sidewalk Surfers.

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
How should I clean my Sanuk shoes and sandals?
Most of our textile-based styles are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying them away from direct sunlight to maintain their shape and color.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
