Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to send back and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system.

Pack and Ship

Place your unworn Sanuks in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
